Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is simple – love our products, or send them back.

If at any point in the first 14 days you decide that you’re not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a refund—no questions asked.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. Incomplete, damaged, or visibly used items cannot be returned.

It’s the customers responsibility to pay for return postage, we do recommend choosing a tracked service.

The shipping costs chosen during your order will be deducted from the refund.

How does it work?

1. Fill in the return form.

2. Package up your items in their original packaging. Add the return form.

3. Write the address below on the parcel and add stamps (at the current rate) to our address in France.

4. Receive your refund within 14 days of sending the package via the same payment method.
